  • Founded 2006 by Andreas Friesen (President and General Director) in Winkler, a small city with focus on agriculture, in the southern part of the province of Manitoba, Canada
  • Started out by supplying Tractors, Air seeders, Tillage and Spraying equipment to Russia and Kazakhstan (Buhler Versatile, Morris, Summers)
  • By 2007 started the supply of spare parts and aftermarket parts
  • Became a leading exporter as dealer/distributer for key manufacturers of North American agricultural equipment and machinery
  • By 2009 expanded into grain handling/logistics, grain processing, and grain storage
  • By 2013 became the official distributor for AGCO including Challenger, Massey Fergusson, and Fendt on the territory of Akmolinskaya Oblastj, Kostanaiskaya Oblastj, Severo-Kazakhstanskaya Oblastj, Republic of Kazakhstan
  • By 2013 became official dealer for MacDon Industries (Attachments & Spare Parts) for the Republic of Kazakhstan
